Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within the United States.
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
International Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
- Standard International Shipping (7-21 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited International Shipping (5-10 business days): Calculated at checkout

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

BeyondAuthor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

BeyondAuthor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
